Thank you for choosing TredZa. We carefully prepare every order so it arrives safely and ready to move. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will generally begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is confirmed, our fulfillment team carefully picks, checks, packs, and prepares it for shipment.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Orders are prepared Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

🚚 Shipping & Transit

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your destination and carrier.

Transit Time: 3–8 business days
Shipments are dispatched Monday–Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery

Your total delivery time combines order processing and carrier transit.

Total Estimated Delivery: 4–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Delivery estimates may vary during holidays, peak periods, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders are fulfilled through our designated fulfillment facilities. Your order may ship from different locations depending on product availability and inventory.

We offer a simple Free shipping.

Any additional shipping options and applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Use your tracking number to follow your package and view the latest carrier updates.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after shipment.

🌎 International Shipping

TredZa ships to select international destinations where available.

International shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the destination address.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

⚠️ Missing Orders & Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days from the date it was placed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can assist.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.

We make every effort to keep your order moving on schedule. Delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

🏠 Delivery Location

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

When a signature is not required, the carrier may leave your package at the doorstep, in a designated delivery area, or another reasonably safe location at the delivery address.

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete before placing your order.
